Desert Island is a creative laboratory for and about the future of life on Earth. It is a combined festival, symposium, and retreat set in Ajo, Arizona, a small-town oasis in the borderlands of the Sonoran Desert. 400 guests from various creative fields will gather and wander Ajo on foot or bike, discovering music, art, talks, films, plays, classes, readings, and good food.
