Event Categorization
The Audience Builder in Personas was created to allow our users to group people based on qualities (traits) and behaviors (events) and create personalized experiences for them. In our first iteration of feature, we noticed a problem with our design. How would users know what a “good” or “healthy” event is to build an audience off of?
In order to make this decision a little easier, we designed an event categorization feature that helps users quickly see which events may be better equipped to create healthier audiences. We categorized events by activity, which is the surest sign of event health. The more active an event is, the better the audience leveraging that event is, making Personas even more effective for our users.
