New feature landing pages

We've been working on improving how we introduce new features within Gusto! Illustration is a large part of our brand, however when testing with our customers, interface visuals seem to resonate more than just illustrations on their own.

To balance that out, we've been adding some stylized UI. This way, customers can have a sneak peek of the feature, and we're able to be opinionated with aspirational hero illustrations without the page looking unbalanced and funky.
