We Are All Creative

Every year for my daughter's birthday party, she and her friends do a range of different craft activities. One thing I never hear from them when they are presented with the tools to get started is "I can't do this, I'm not creative". They just get on enjoying making and doing, with no worries what anyone else thinks. As adults we have lost this sense of creative play, seeming to focus on other people's opinions of what our work will look like, especially when we try something new. You are creative, just give yourself permission to act like a child and just try it.
