Task Time

Hey I found this when I was going through cleaning folders and archived projects. This was part of a CakePHP web app that I designed and built for an SEO company almost 1 year ago.
This was the Tasks interface where their employees log time. The Hours/Minutes fields are actually text fields that you can type in and the numbers change, or you can click the arrows. When the time is successfully saved via ajax, the bar under the bigger clock block would fill in according to how much time they scheduled to be put towards that particular category of tasks. I'm interested in what you like or don't like about the interface, design and/or functionality of it. Thanks!
