Hey ! Minjat is a new shop here in France whose concept is to be a hybrid place where you can find great food made by local and engaged farmers; where you can stop by to eat recipes made from those products and where you can share and learn about agriculture, farming and cooking all at once. This project is very promising and I'm happy to have had a chance to be a part of it!
