We built a feature that allows users to cancel their bookings themselves in an effort to reduce the number of inbound requests to our Support team. This feature, accessible via the self-serve panel of the Trip Summary screen, is available when the void window is open. Since introducing this feature, the Support team has seen cancellation requests decrease by 36%!
