Made the horse-mackerel illustration for Jitaku Sushi Delivery in Oeiras, Portugal, and i liked it so much that I ended up using it for this.
In Portugal we have this expression which translates to "racing horse-mackerel", it means that someone is being a "smart ass" or "cocky".
