Debugger

When Engineers implement tracking in code and they use the Debugger in Segment to make sure data is sending properly and according to spec.
As we added more data controls within Segment, we needed to revisit the Debugger to have parity between the tools in Segment. We took this as an opportunity to not only refresh the UI but also improve the user experience informed by how customers were using the debugger.
