Sounds familiar? Luckily this now is a thing of the past with the new Schedule step in our Flow Builder! Setup branches based on time, dates, and recurring weekdays, to automate you flow whenever you want.

So, exclude lunch hours in your direct communication business hours, and redirect your users to an IVR menu. Or only receive messages on every Monday & Tuesday between 8 - 8:13 AM from the 5th of September 2020 to the 23rd of August 2034.
