Serasa Score - Onboarding

SerasaConsumidor, or SerasaConsumer is a brazilian company that aims to revolutionate the economical picture in our country by enpowering citizens with technology and data to help them manage their financial lives.

Recently they launched a feature called Score. It analyzes the consumer financial life and check if they have any debts, if they pay on time their debits and finally the platform gives them a Score. Basically, If that Score is high, the consumer will have options when a loan is needed if the Score is low he will have to clean up his name in order to have access to loans.

Problem: 50% of the brazilians doesn't know what that Score means. Even accessing the website and browsing, content is not clear about it.

Solution: Among a lot of work on microcopy, I suggested that we create an OnBoarding. The user logs in the app and he can learn more about it before he gets to the point where he sees his Score. Simple/Straight forward messages giving the user knowledge before he starts browsing the data.
