LeaderSource - Logo Marks

Here are four of my current directions for a new project called LeaderSource, a service which equip churches to build healthy leaders.

Top row: Main idea was to use the ^ (arrow up) element as a movement and progress. Idea for this ^ was also to include the same into the wordmark, but that is still a challenge at this point because I don't follow any cliches.

Second row: More elements includes such as a cross and faith related vibes.
