A challenging navigation, as part of the branding guidelines I could not separate the text from the icon which would of been the easier option. However, to meet the branding guidelines I have separating the logo from the navigation by using a "tag", meaning the navigation can reduce in size separately to the logo helping to improve legibility on smaller screens.
