CRM for HR Managers | Test Task

I'm happy to share my Test Task for Chulakov.ru

The task was to create an interface for HR Managers. One of the main reason I decided to work on this project was to improve my skills and get feedback from one of the most experienced and successful agencies in Russia.

Here is some details.

Target audience
HR Managers between the ages of 24-60, who had experience in working with similar services.

Idea
One of the main idea was to create intuitively understandable interface for our TA. It was very important to reduce the time needed for discovering how this service works. Which is why I made it simple and structured.

Main functions
1. Add / dismiss employee.
2. Truancy, vacations, business trips, medical leave.
3. Download certificates and documents.
4. Salary calculating.
