Fully Resolution Independent

Fully resolution independent now. The new noise effect is generated via an SVG. This isn't the optimal solution (filesize is about 120kb), but the best I found so far. This interface looks the same on ever resolution, even if you scale it to maximum it will stay sharp & crisp.

Started building it into a interface of a real project of mine. Will keep you updated on the project as it advances.
