Challenging List UI

Such a fun challenge at work. Problem - Group each item in list by area AND list by age. Solution - Fluctuating list of groups that are ordered according to the oldest in the group. Result - The volunteers who find audit projects on this page can work on the highest priority audits, but still pick from groups of areas and languages that interest them. Feelings - Stoked.
