Have you seen La Casa de Papel?

The plot about bad guys making a robbery is not quite unique we should agree, but the way you can present it to your audience or users is. Empathy (towards the "bad guys") and great storytelling.

These two elements are key for us as designers as well, we need to be empathic with our users and understand their needs while storytelling enables better user experiences and creates emotional design.

My favorite character, the great Berlin!
