Today’s motivation: Intrigue about the donut and its unique challenges. Tried wrapping the vinyl tubing with yarn first to make it look nicer, then inserted it into the center of a pom tied with stretchy elastic beading cord instead of making the pom around the tube. It looked... a bit silly. Worked great though. Making a pom ring adds a cool constraint on the yarn dimensions, and it was very pleasant to trim. Now I’m trying to not get too hooked on these flat, holey fluffers.
