Casumo's Product Design Playbook 🦄 🌈

Pictured above is the end product that came as a result of the discussions & a workshop we had in our last team offsite a few months ago. This physical book came to be because of a few things, namely because we wanted newer product designers to have a handy guide they can refer to from time to time.

The main reason however was because like other teams, we were suffering a serious case of letsalignitis. Principles were being lost in translation and everyone had a different idea of what quality execution actually looked like.

Fast forward to today, this book is being picked up and embraced by engineers and other non-designer folk around the company, helping us grow design literacy and fluency of the entire organization.
