Hyper Island work: Jamie Oliver Deck

A few snaps of a recent (marked) presentation for a student module at Hyper Island. The brief was to take a business which is financially struggling (in this case I chose Jamie's Italian) and propose a business transformation solution, designed as a deck.

I proposed - amongst other things - introducing an indoor Italian market on the ground floor to allow customers and the community to sample, buy and learn about the local produce used in the restaurants dishes on the floor above.

Deck includes business model canvases, floor plans, and sketched mockups.
