Cash Payment on Uber

Because we want everyone, everywhere to be able to use Uber, riders have been able to pay with cash in several cities over for the past 3 years. After speaking with riders and drivers about this experience, we kept hearing that dealing with change was a problem. That's why we're rethinking how cash payments work for the new driver app. In some cities drivers will be able to enter how much they receive from riders, and riders will get what they're owed back in the form of credits on their account, eliminating the pain point of dealing with change. ________________
