Are you an amazing Visual Designer?
Looks interesting, what will I be working on?
You'll work on evolving the visual identity for Playment and executing it across its suite of products and touchpoints.
In particular, you'll own all aspects of, and be responsible for defining, designing, and be delivering for:
Website: Collaborating with the business and product team to design landing pages on our website (Playment)
Branding: Establishing Playment's brand identity, and making sure that it is implemented consistently throughout.
Marketing Design: Working on blog / ad graphics, brochures, infographics, print media, sales and pitch decks.
You'll be responsible for helping to craft and shape the narrative of our company and products with simple and engaging visuals.
You'll be designing and delivering collaterals for business, marketing, and support teams.
At times you'll also be translating wireframes into polished user interfaces for our Android and Web application.
Hmm, alright. Whom exactly are you looking for?
Expertise in Design tools (Illustrator / Photoshop / Sketch).
You have a knack for details – and aren't satisfied till the things are pixel perfect. We're looking for someone who gets frustrated when the kerning is even minutely off.
You are smart and can intuitively grasp complex subjects (AI / Machine Learning / Training Data etc).
You love collaborating with Product Designers, Developers, Sales executives, Product Managers, etc on a variety of different projects.
You have strong communication, writing, and editing skills. We believe that moving pixels on the screen, and adding words on a page require similar skill sets.
You're able to deliver exceptional design at high volumes under tight timelines. Because as with every startup, the deadline to deliver the design / code / blog / etc was yesterday.
You should be able to successfully demonstrate conceptual ideas, detailed design, and design rationale – both verbally and visually.
Good to have: Being able to design motion graphics, video demos and animation effects for Product Demos.
Good to have: Being able to think from an interaction design standpoint, and have experience designing for web and mobile interfaces.
But, is Playment cool enough for me?
Complete ownership of the projects you work on. Awesome workplace with a talented team. Great learning experience – since you'd be working with a variety of different teams on a lot of projects. Free Breakfast, Lunch, Fruits, Coffee. Friday night office gaming, and weekly football sessions (don't worry – we don't play well either).
This is very great. I'm impressed. How do I apply?
