Blog Layout Design

I have been working on a clients new blog layout. Currently, it's in the early stages of wireframe and low fidelity designs. What do you think?

The client wants the blog to be aesthetically pleasing with a strong emphasis on photography. Alongside this requirement, I will be designing a seamless user journey based on what we have learnt from their data during the UX review.
