Keeping illustration freshhhhhh

Today we launched a few exciting things at Zendesk.
We are putting our new messaging out into the world. "Be the company your customers want you to be. The best customer experiences are built with Zendesk."
Also, Zendesk is no longer just a bunch of individual products. We now have The Suite. A package of our products for an omni-channel solution. https://www.zendesk.com/suite/
We also launched a brand awareness campaign in a few key markets. So if you happen to be in one of those markets you may see a billboard or a car wrapped with Zendesk.

One of the big visual pieces from all of this work is a newly released illustration style. We have been working with the super talented Marcus Oakley http://www.marcusoakley.com/ for some time now and are so excited to finally push our collaboration with him out into the real world. Illustration has always played a very important part in the Zendesk brand but, keeping illustration fresh can be tricky. We are shifting to a seasonal art direction. Allowing us to find new artists to work with and shift illustration styles while still remaining Zendesk. We tested Marcus Oakley last year at our Relate event and it was so well received we just had to use Marcus as our illustrator for this campaign art direction. His work offers a simplicity and sophistication at the same time. It feels human, quirky, timeless and humble and couldn't be more Zendesk.

I want to give a shout out to our Brand Team for pulling this all together and shipping some super great stuff. @Adam Ho @Erin Pinkley @Gina Meredith @Talia Eisenberg @Nick Levesque @Sara Farnsworth @thekevincline @Toke Nygaard and MANY MORE.
