User Research

I am working on the presentation of the user research results for one of the recent projects.
Here is how I categorize my information after interviewing users. I take the most popular quotes many people mentioned and count how many people have that pain point to show it as a percentage. Together with that, showing it combined with the photos of people that match the potential users and using quotes (not just dry text) helps to get more empathy with real people on the other side of the screen.
