April | Spotify Duels Concept

A UI concept for @Spotify called #Spotify Duels that encourages community social interaction and campaigning (and in turn, increased streaming). The concept would take a well known music "rivalry" and encourage fans to weigh in by listening to the curated playlist of their preferred artist.

The dynamic results page would continually update and flex based on who is in the lead. A countdown bar and a display of 'total current listeners' would increase user urgency with Duels lasting a few days. The winner of the Duel would be declared at the end of the set time period with a push notification, results page, etc.
