Applicant Volume

Working on a marketing page with illustrations describing job application volume. Hands are so challenging but they've become a large part of our brand identity. Admittedly, I'm not an illustrator by trade. I started by taking photos of my hand as a reference, but I'm not completely sold on the result. Thinking I may try a more stylized approach next.
