SousChef Wireframe - Recipe Home

Here are 3 variations for the home screen of a recipe app I'm working on. While the full screen has more information for the user to decide if it's the right recipe to make, you can't see multiple recipes at the same time. And it may not be obvious to swipe left or right. The vertical collection is the other extreme where you can see a bunch of recipes at once. But there's not as much room for information. I think the carousel is a nice balance between the first two options.
