This weekend I created my third (technically fourth) health and wellness merit badge to help push my healthy journey. The Keto Challenge is my way of trying something new out and seeing how Keto can help out my journey. This isn't a finite challenge (with weeks or months or days) but I am going to try Keto out for 1-2 weeks. Hence the reason I created this badge. (:
