Label symbol with dynamic background technique (sketch)

This technique allows you to create a label symbol with a background that always stretches to the width of the text. Useful for things like redlines, notes, or pills within your UI.

Not sure how widely known this trick is, but it was new to me!

The trick involves combining a mask + really wide rectangle with a really wide drop shadow.
