Intrepid Design Traits Manifesto

Intrepid recently has been scaling up and now exists in multiple cities across the states, not just in Boston. In an effort to not lose our identity as a design team, we made some design team traits and a manifesto to keep us grounded. A while back, @Christine Pizzo (design director) approached @Leny Santana & I to synthesize the thoughts and phrases that capture our team’s personality & philosophy.

Through a myriad of word exercises, writing sessions, and a ton of weird sketches, we established the four traits that we believe are in every designer’s DNA here at Intrepid. Thanks :)
