Loving Kindness Meditation

This design is for people who enjoy mindfulness, a positive outlook on life and caring for yourself and others. If you're not aware of mindfulness, have a look into it. It can be a good way of dealing with stress and helping you feel better about things. Personally yoga works best for me, although there is plenty of crossover between yoga and mindfulness.
