Logistics App Exploration

I've been thinking a lot about the ongoing democratization of design and how it's more and more becoming commoditized. This commoditization can be bad in a lot of ways but what if we applied that ubiquity to under-served organizations and industries? Suddenly there's this possibility to design human-centered products for short-haul logistics drivers and dispatchers. There might be more opportunity in commodity than we expect if we manage it responsibly.
