Service Blueprint Design for Craft Beer Company

This is a resumed version of a Service Blueprint developed for a craft beer company in South Korea during our IDP - Integrated Design Product - master course. This only focuses on our design outcomes. I hope I can bring the full version sometime soon. :)

The main focus is to compare existing activities with potential outcomes to underline area of effect in the whole process, front end, back end and touch points.
