Yesterday I hit my first week of "Walking For a Week"!
It was my goal last week to walk every day that week, meaning that I actually went out and did at least 2-2.5 miles (in addition to my regular every day walking). This is a simple goal but its a fun way to at least break into a healthy lifestyle.
I'm super excited not only about that but also about these fun new badges I made to keep myself accountable! (:
