Hello Dribbblers!

In the Netherlands municipalities have to know who of their inhabitants needs care and more important, what care they need specifically. For example a house that is really easy accessible for wheelchairs. Nowadays they will send someone over to have a casual chat in the kitchen. Yet, most of these questions are facts and can be entered beforehand to result in better support.

I wanted to come up with a really easy survey that don't intimidate its users and is really easy to flick through. Like scroll through your Instagram feed and liking the things you like.
