Continuing the blue music-related symbolism, here's another. Music is a fleeting thing, really. Unless it's on paper, of course. But, when heard, it's a moment in time. Air waves that only travel so far. Music on the wind. Apparently, these things are called 'crotchets' or quarter notes.
