Long, long overdue…

After starting and stopping several redesign attempts for my personal site, getting lost in the weeds of all the minutia each time, I finally bit the bullet. It was only going to get done if I did a radically simpler concept: a basic introduction + links to my various social profiles. Gone are the outdated project descriptions, the blog posts I'd write once every few years, gone is the ugly design with 16px icons from an era of lower resolution screens. Gone is the guilt that it'd sat fallow for so long.

There's still a bunch I want to do to improve this (a dash of SVG icons, some accessibility improvements, some responsive design, some simple CSS animations), but the perfect is the enemy of the good, and I'm satisfied with the slash-and-burn single page that's out there now.
