Hi There,

Here is a CMS for a Healthcare product that I'm making from a couple of months called "Myscio". There is a feature where you have to make an interface where the admin or the user which is using the CMS can change the questions from the app.
UX Problem
The user has a set of question which can be independent on the others answers.

The solution
After talking to our product manager couple of hours, we finally come up with a simple solution of adding dependencies feature.
