Haupia Illustration

Another fun illustration as part of my 100 proper sweets project. For some reason, I smushed the alphabet with these first 36 posts; see the rest of them here: https://www.instagram.com/proper_tay/

This time it is Haupia *how-pea-ah*, a Hawaiian dessert that is made from coconut cream and has a pudding consistency.

I don't even like coconut, but dessert looks beautiful and intriguing, especially in bar form, and it's pretty cool that a dessert like this starts with "h".
