Bravo Zulu means “job well done”, it’s a military term. Realtor client decided to start a nonprofit of which the purpose is to give a credit at closing to help active duty/veterans buy a house! Now that is is started, in the works are: scholarships, stateside spouse support, hardship relief, etc. Its a growing service.
