People Of The Dokhuis Kitchen

During my internship in Amsterdam, I went to a place called Het Dokhuis Galerie (The Dockhouse Gallery) to eat. Volunteers from Taste Before You Waste rented this place, cooking cheaps meals with leftover food collected from local greengrocers. I did my final exam in BA Visual Communication on this place, rebranding it as The Dokhuis Kitchen.
