SVGO [Dark theme]

Yo!

Today I needed to use SVGO GUI to optimize SVG files. I decided to make a dark theme for the app.

Some improvements:
— Removed .svg from files names (it's kind of obvious);
— Used only one fontSize (for concistency);
— Kib to kb (shorter);
— Removed the "zebra" style from table cells (minimalism, bro).

From my point of view, it became cleaner a bit.
