Creating a digital brand is much more than just thinking about the style guide in the context of the product and website. These days, I feel like its imperative to also consider the way that the brand will be portrayed on social media.
If the BX is the emotional and tangible experience that customers have with a product, then how would you want your users to feel before, during and after engagement via your brands social media?
