Help Centre

How do you keep the help centre page on a website interactive? You add a Chatbot to it. This is a concept design I did a while back.

The idea behind it is to add a Chatbot functionality to the banner section that will help answer the frequently asked questions in a conversation style. Just a fun way of keeping them interacting with the page and in return help address their immediate needs.
