Professional Learning Maps Login View

I used Jake Archibald's SVG stroke-dash animation trick to add a little life to the login page of Professional Learning Maps, a professional development platform for K–12 educators. Notice that the animation does not block user interaction with the form fields, meaning those who have autofill enabled can proceed without the animation interfering.
