Mobile article for the redesign of The National Interest, an American bimonthly international affairs magazine.
The redesign was focused on balancing advertising throughout the user experience, prominently positioning magazine features, and enhancing the ability to relate magazine features to high trafficked blog posts.
The redesign was very successful: with a 48% increase in ranking keywords and an increase of average time on the site (up to 3:11). Thanks to these boosts, subscriptions to the magazine increased, expanding National Interest's viewership.
