¡Viva Eddie! Food Type

Every day is Taco Tuesday for Eddie Hernandez, chef and owner of Taqueria del Sol. A spirited, no f*cks given dishwasher turned restauranteur was the subject of curiosity for Garden & Gun's latest issue.

I was asked to concoct a bright, pepper driven editorial and opted for a papel picado effect on an obliging tortilla. This is the first time I've been asked to literally burn highlights down with a blowtorch. Here 4 it.
