First and last of the three propositions gave to the client. This is the one they went for. Casse-Glace is a word game for both "Casse Croute", which are classic deli/snack/fast food places in Quebec and "Casser la glace", an expression that means Break the Ice. Snack Roulant is my personalized french take on "Food Truck".
