Chatbot Loan Status Checker Conversational UI Flow

Working on a chatbot solution for TA customer support department. Customers can view financial data, manage accounts, and complete simple tasks like checking a loan status- as shown in this flow. The rich web chat interface is accessed through a convenient SMS trigger, then the bot is able to make API calls to retrieve customer data and display conditions to users for various scenarios in the chat.
